Before You Begin
Make sure you are using the right form
This form is for changes to your phone number, email address, or legal name. Enter the current information connected to your resident account so Rice Real Estate & Property Management can identify the correct account.
Verify your account
Provide your current name, rental property address, phone number, and email address.
Enter the change
Select what you are updating and enter the new information carefully in both verification fields.
Submit the form
Review all required fields and select Submit at the bottom of the form.
Documents required for a legal name change
A name-change request must include a readable document showing your updated legal name. Accepted documents include:
- Driver's license or state-issued identification
- Permanent Resident Card or Green Card
- Passport identification page
- Social Security card or TIN documentation
- Court documentation, such as naturalization papers, a marriage license, or a divorce decree
The document must be legible, show the updated name, and be unexpired when the document has an expiration date.
