Request a Reasonable Accommodation or Modification

Applicants and current residents may use the form below to request a disability-related change, exception, adjustment, or physical modification needed to use and enjoy a rental home.

Requests may include an assistance animal, an alternative communication method, an exception or adjustment to a rule or process, or a physical modification such as grab bars. Each request is reviewed individually based on the information available.

No cost to submit There is no fee to submit a reasonable accommodation or modification request. NOTICE: Intentionally misrepresenting that an animal is a service and/or support animal, for example, is a criminal offense in many states. Please make sure you understand your state’s laws and penalties before proceeding.
Assistance animals are not pets Service animals and other disability-related assistance animals use this process rather than the household-pet approval process.
