Start by viewing available rental homes and reviewing the Rental Criteria. When you are ready, each proposed occupant age 18 or older should submit their own application using their own email address.

$65 Per Adult The fee is not refunded after the application-processing, credit-report, or background-check activity for which it was collected has been performed. If the home is rented to a different prospective tenant before that activity is performed, the unused fee is refunded.
Every Adult Applies Each proposed occupant age 18 or older applies separately.

What Applicants Can Expect

Rice Real Estate & Property Management provides clear information before move-in and practical online tools throughout the tenancy.

  1. Published Rental Criteria Applicants can review the qualification standards before applying. Applications are evaluated through a consistent and documented review process.
  2. Clear Application and Move-In Requirements Required documents, deposits, insurance, recurring charges, and move-in steps are explained before the lease begins.
  3. Online Applications and Document Uploads Applicants can complete the rental application and submit requested supporting documents online.
  4. Documented Move-In Condition The condition of the rental home is documented at move-in. Residents also receive an opportunity to report additional observations.
  5. Online Resident Services After move-in, Residents can use the online Resident Center for rent payments, maintenance requests, documents, and account information.
  6. Clear Support and Emergency Procedures Residents receive instructions for routine questions, maintenance requests, and situations that may require emergency assistance.
