Pay Rent Through the Buildium Resident Center
Current Residents of homes managed by Rice Real Estate & Property Management can review their account balance and submit eligible ACH rent payments through the secure Buildium Resident Center. Approved mailed and office-delivery payment options are explained below.
The Buildium Resident Center can be used from a desktop computer, phone, or tablet.
Payment Rules
How and When Residents Pay Rent
Rice Real Estate & Property Management accepts eligible online ACH payments through the Buildium Resident Center and approved payments mailed or delivered to its Las Vegas office. Your signed lease and current account status determine which payment methods are available to you.
The Grace Period Does Not Change the Rent Due Date
Rent is due in advance on the 25th day of the prior month. The lease provides a grace period through the 1st of the month. If payment has not been received by then, a one-time late fee equal to 5% of the periodic rent may be charged on the 2nd.
Pay by ACH Through the Buildium Resident Center
Eligible Residents can submit an ACH payment from a bank account through the secure Buildium Resident Center.
- The current master lease lists a $2.99 transaction charge for each ACH payment.
- One-time and recurring ACH payments can be managed online.
- Review the payment amount and processing date before submitting.
- Keep the payment confirmation for your records.
Mail or Deliver an Approved Payment
When permitted for your account, personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders may be mailed to the office or delivered during normal business hours.

- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
- There is no after-hours rent drop box.
- Cash and two-party checks are not accepted.
- Certified funds may be required after a returned payment or when rent remains unpaid on or after the 2nd.

The Buildium Resident Center gives current Residents secure access to payment activity, recurring ACH settings, lease documents, and other account information.
Set Up a One-Time or Recurring ACH Payment
- Sign in to the Buildium Resident Center using the email connected to your account.
- Open the payment area and review the current ledger balance.
- Choose a one-time payment or set up a recurring ACH payment.
- Confirm the bank information, payment amount, and processing date.
- Save the payment confirmation for your records.
