Pay Rent Through the Resident Center
Current residents of homes managed by Rice Real Estate & Property Management can view their account balance and submit secure ACH rent payments through the online Resident Center.
The Resident Center can be used from a desktop computer, phone, or tablet.

How and When Residents Pay Rent
Rice Real Estate & Property Management accepts online ACH payments and payments delivered to its Las Vegas office under the terms below.
The Grace Period Does Not Change the Rent Due Date
Rent is due in advance on the 25th day of the prior month. The lease provides a grace period through the 1st of the month. If payment has not been received by then, a one-time late fee equal to 5% of the periodic rent may be charged on the 2nd.
Pay by ACH Through the Resident Center
Residents can submit an ACH payment from a bank account through the online Resident Center.
- One-time and recurring payments can be managed online.
- Review the payment amount and processing date before submitting.
- Keep the confirmation for your records.

- Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The office is closed on weekends and holidays.
- There is no rent drop box.
- Two-party rent checks are not accepted.

Manage Rent Payments and Account Information
The Resident Center gives current residents one place to review charges, submit payments, manage recurring payments, and check account activity.
Set Up a One-Time or Recurring ACH Payment
- Sign in to the Resident Center using the email connected to your account.
- Open the payment area and review the current ledger balance.
- Choose a one-time payment or set up a recurring ACH payment.
- Confirm the bank information, payment amount, and processing date.
- Save the payment confirmation for your records.

- Recent rent payments
- Upcoming recurring payments
- Lease documents and resident notices
- Account contact information
Residents can also use the resident maintenance request page to report routine repairs. If the problem may affect health, safety, security, or the ability to live safely in the home, review the emergency maintenance instructions first.
