*Form to add or remove a Tenant, co-signer, Resident or Roommate from your residence.*

When removing a Tenant, co-signer, Resident or roommate there is a one-time $195 lease amendment fee. When adding, there is a one-time $65 Application Fee and a one-time $195 lease amendment fee. Each new tenant will also need to complete a background check and provide valid photo identification. If you add or remove a tenant, once you submit this form, a Rice Real Estate team member may follow up with you to gather more information.

When adding an occupant to the lease submit a color picture of the front of a valid government issued photo identification. All four corners of the ID must be visible in the picture. Illegible scanned copies & black and white photos will not be accepted.
