Not to mention, if we restrict pets, many renters might just keep it under wraps or claim their furry friends are emotional support animals. In those cases, we can’t collect an additional pet deposit, leaving you vulnerable to possible damage. By being pet-friendly, you not only widen your pool of applicants but also maintain transparency—because let’s face it, a happy tenant means a happier rental experience! 🐾

Worried about pet damage? Say goodbye to those concerns with our Pet Damage Guarantee! Here’s the scoop: if your property experiences any pet-related damage that goes beyond the tenant’s deposit, we’ve got your back! We’ll cover the repairs to restore your property to like-new condition, and it won’t cost you a dime—no deductibles, no hidden fees. It’s completely free! We kick things off with $1,500 of coverage, and if you want even more peace of mind, you can bump that up to $3,000 for a small fee.

So how do we make this happen? Simple! We take the extra pet fees we collect from tenants and put that into a dedicated damage pool. When pet damage occurs, we draw from that pool to handle repairs. This way, you can enjoy a pet-friendly property while we take care of you and your investment! 🐶💰

Details: This fantastic protection is available for our clients whose tenants moved into their homes on or after March 1st, 2023. It’s important to note that this guarantee does not apply if management services are canceled, so let’s keep those partnerships strong!

Coverage includes damage caused by cats, ferrets, and dogs of any breed—yay for our furry friends! However, it doesn’t extend to service animals, companion animals, or emotional support animals.

To qualify, at least one animal in the home must pay a pet fee. For instance, if a tenant has one service animal and another pet for which they’re paying the pet fee, any damage caused by either furry resident will be covered.

And guess what? Participating in the Pet Damage Guarantee is completely free and mandatory, because we believe in keeping your property protected while embracing the joy that pets bring! 🐾✨
