Start by viewing available rental homes and reviewing the Rental Criteria. When you are ready, each proposed occupant age 18 or older should submit their own application using their own email address.
$65 Per Adult The fee is not refunded after the application-processing,
credit-report, or background-check activity for which it was
collected has been performed. If the home is rented to a different
prospective tenant before that activity is performed, the unused
fee is refunded.
Every Adult Applies Each proposed occupant age 18 or older applies separately.

From Application to Move-In
What Applicants Can Expect
Applicants can review the requirements before applying, submit supporting documents online, and see what is required before possession.
- Published Rental Criteria Review the qualification standards, required documents, fees, and application procedures before applying.
- Online Applications and Document Uploads Each proposed occupant age 18 or older submits a separate application. Requested supporting documents can also be uploaded online.
- Application Review and Follow-Up Complete applications are reviewed under the published Rental Criteria. Rice Real Estate & Property Management may contact an Applicant when clarification or additional documentation is needed.
- Requirements Before Move-In Approved Applicants complete required lease documents, move-in payments, renter's insurance requirements, and other required move-in steps before keys are released.
After move-in, current Residents use the Resident Center for rent payments, maintenance requests, documents, account information, and other Resident services.
