We have visited LV in the past, and have become interested in the real estate investment opportunities in this area. We are from the San Francisco Bay area. We have booked a flight to LAS on Friday night 1/11 and leaves on 1/13 7pm. Our sole purpose is to visit the potential properties in Vegas area. After studying the area, I have decided that we would like to buy in Summerlin instead of in Henderson, especially for a higher end type of houses. Do you feel comfortable in helping us in this. Our interests are buying a house around 200K to 300k, built within the last 10 years, in a gated or golf course community, with 3+ BR.
